The TPH3051F Flange Level & Differential Pressure Sensor is designed for reliable hydrostatic level, process-pressure, and differential-pressure measurement in tanks, vessels, pipelines, and industrial process systems. It is available with a single- or double-flange configuration, allowing the sensor to be matched to the installation and measurement requirements of the application.
The flange-mounted isolation diaphragm separates the sensing system from direct contact with difficult process media. This makes the TPH3051F well suited for liquids that operate at elevated temperatures, crystallize or solidify, contain suspended solids, have high viscosity, or require corrosion-resistant wetted materials.
Metal-capacitive sensing technology, linear signal processing, and temperature compensation provide stable and repeatable measurement. Accuracy options are available to ±0.075%, with output options including 4–20 mA DC, HART, and RS485 for integration with industrial control and monitoring systems.
The TPH3051F is suitable for liquid, gas, and steam service, with measuring ranges available up to 0–2100 kPa or 0–210 mH₂O and customized ranges available upon request. The sensing element supports process temperatures from -40°C to 204°C, depending on the selected configuration.
