The TPH3051DP Remote Seal Differential Pressure Transmitter is designed for reliable differential-pressure and hydrostatic-level measurement when the transmitter must be separated from the process connection. A remote diaphragm seal and filled capillary transfer process pressure to the transmitter, allowing the sensing assembly to be installed away from tanks, vessels, pipelines, filters, and other process equipment.

The remote-seal arrangement is suitable for installations where direct mounting is difficult or where the process connection requires a specialized diaphragm configuration. It supports applications such as pressurized tank level, filter and strainer monitoring, flow measurement, and process-pressure comparison.

The TPH3051DP uses metal-capacitive sensing technology with linear signal processing and temperature compensation for stable, repeatable measurement. Available output configurations include 4–20 mA DC, HART, and RS485, with accuracy options available to ±0.075%, depending on the selected configuration.

Remote seal styles include flange, flat, insertion, threaded, and three-clamp configurations. The supplier’s standard arrangements show a 3-meter capillary, while flange size, insertion length, thread connection, clamp size, diaphragm material, filling fluid, pressure range, and output signal are selected according to the application.
