The TPH3051DF Double Remote Seal Differential Pressure Transmitter is built for reliable differential pressure and level measurement in applications where both process connections require remote diaphragm seals. By using dual remote seals connected through capillary tubing, the transmitter can be mounted away from the process while still delivering stable, accurate measurement in demanding operating conditions.
This design is especially useful for pressurized tanks, vessels, pipelines, and process systems handling media that are hot, corrosive, viscous, crystallizing, sanitary-sensitive, or solids-bearing. The double remote seal arrangement helps protect the sensing element from direct contact with difficult process media while allowing accurate pressure transmission from both sides of the system.
The TPH3051DF uses metal-capacitive sensing technology with linear signal processing and temperature compensation for stable, repeatable performance. It is suitable for liquid, gas, and steam applications and can be configured with output options including 4–20 mA DC, HART, and RS485, with accuracy options available up to ±0.075%, depending on the selected configuration.
This model is designed to be configured by application, making it a strong fit for mining, mineral processing, water and wastewater, chemical processing, slurry systems, filtration systems, and industrial storage and transfer operations.
