TPH3051CH HYGIENIC CLAMP DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR
The TPH3051CH Hygienic Clamp Differential Pressure Sensor is designed for pressure, differential-pressure, and hydrostatic level measurement in tanks and pipelines that require a sanitary process connection. Its clamp-style mounting provides a secure, removable connection for systems where cleanliness, accessibility, and dependable process monitoring are essential.
The sensor measures the pressure difference between the process connection and its reference side. In tank-level applications, this pressure signal can be used to determine liquid height. One process port uses a hygienic clamp connection, while the second port may be supplied with another clamp or a compatible customized connection to suit the installation.
Metal-capacitive sensing technology, linear signal processing, and temperature compensation support stable, repeatable measurements in demanding process environments. Accuracy options are available to ±0.075%, with output selections including 4–20 mA DC, HART, and RS485 for connection to industrial monitoring and control systems.
The TPH3051CH is suitable for liquid, gas, and steam service and supports measuring ranges up to 0–7000 kPa, with customized ranges available. The sensing element is rated for temperatures from -40°C to 204°C, depending on the selected configuration. Available clamp sizes include 1½ inch and 2 inch, with custom connections available for application-specific requirements.
