MANUAL PINCH VALVE- MPV

The MPV Manual Pinch Valve is a heavy-duty valve designed for reliable shutoff and flow control in applications involving abrasive, corrosive, or difficult-to-handle materials. It is well suited for slurries, powders, granular products, and other process media that can cause excessive wear or clogging in conventional valves.

The valve is operated using a handwheel actuator. Its screw mechanism is fully enclosed to help protect the operating components from dirt, moisture, and corrosion, supporting smooth and dependable operation in demanding industrial environments.

At the center of the MPV is a replaceable elastomer sleeve. The sleeve is the only component normally exposed to the process medium, protecting the metal valve body and simplifying routine maintenance.
