FLANGE SLURRY KNIFE GATE VALVE - FSNGV

The FSNGV Flange Slurry Knife Gate Valve is a heavy-duty, packing less, rubber-lined, bi-directional valve engineered for demanding slurry applications. Its full-port design provides an unrestricted flow path with no internal obstructions, helping reduce pressure loss, material buildup, and clogging.

When closed, the stainless-steel gate passes between two thick elastomer sleeves to create a reliable, blind-flange-style shutoff. Each sleeve includes an internal reinforcement ring that keeps it properly centered within the valve body and helps it withstand the high shear forces produced during valve operation.

In the fully open position, the gate retracts completely from the process flow, reducing wear and allowing it to be inspected or replaced when necessary.

Easy Maintenance
